Global Energy Solutions successfully completed the fabrication of Skidding Tables and Bumper Bars to support the Davit Crane Works at the NNG Windfarm. This work was executed in full alignment with the clients Scope of Work Document and the associated technical drawings.

Key milestones and deliverables included:

• Fabrication of 15 Skidding Tables and 15 Remazel Crane Bumpers.
• Production of comprehensive Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and fabrication drawings.
• Development of detailed Welding and NDT Procedures to ensure quality and compliance.
• Rigorous monitoring of quality, dimensional control, and weight control throughout the project.
• Full documentation, including a Manufacturing Record Book and detailed reporting on progress, NDT results, and dimensional and weight control.
• Inspection and preparation of the vessel deck for the installation of the fabricated components.
• NDT of welds to ensure structural integrity and compliance with safety standards.
