Fabrication of Davit Crane Installation Aids for NnG Offshore Wind Farm

Global Energy Solutions was awarded the contract to fabricate critical installation aids for the Davit Crane Works on the NnG Windfarm, our team were tasked with the fabrication and delivery of a range of high-quality components, including: 28 Davit Crane Bumper Systems, 28 PCT Crane Bumpers, 28 HPU Trolleys, 28 Saddle Trolleys, and 28 PCT Tilting Saddles, 28 Remazel Crane Bumpers. Our responsibilities also included producing Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), fabrication drawings, and detailed welding and NDT procedures.

We were committed to maintaining the highest quality standards, ensuring rigorous dimensional and weight control, and preparing a Manufacturing Record Book for complete traceability. Additionally, we oversaw the inspection and preparation of the vessel deck for the installation of all fabricated components and performed the necessary NDT of welds. Our team also provided daily progress reports and supplied spare parts as required, ensuring smooth and timely project execution.
